以东方借景造园手法，加落地条窗精细化设计，打破室内外边界，纳江景绿意入室，四时光影为空间最佳装饰。

Employing the traditional Chinese landscape design technique of "borrowing scenery from the east", and utilizing the refined design of floor-to-ceiling windows, the design breaks down the boundaries between indoors and outdoors, bringing the green scenery of the river into the room, with the changing light and shadows throughout the day serving as the best decoration for the space.

摒弃繁杂柜体与造型，艺术涂料打底、水墨点缀，留足空间呼吸感与使用可能。   

Abandoning complex cabinets and designs, we use artistic paint as a base and ink for embellishment, leaving ample space for breathability and potential use.

户型分析：

动线系统混乱，私密和隔音极差，且采光通风比较暗；功能分区配套严重缺失，空间属性模糊，消防与安全规范也存在多处隐患。

改造要点：

①功能分区：设景观主品茗区、私密静修区，配套备茶区、玄关缓冲与收纳柜体，适配多元茶室场景，解决原空间功能、动线、私密性不足的痛点。

②动线优化：优化入户缓冲、室内闭环、室内外联动动线，分离公私动线，隔绝公区干扰，兼顾使用顺畅与消防合规。

③空间适配：从尺度、采光、隔音、设备、可变空间五大维度，深度适配茶室场景，补足原空间短板，兼顾实用舒适、禅意氛围与多场景复用潜力。

「起」入户缓冲动线以实墙遮挡避局促，半围合墙体启洄游，缓冲喧嚣到静谧的情绪。

"Entering the house, the slow and gentle path is blocked by a solid wall to create a cozy atmosphere. The semi-enclosed wall encourages a meandering journey, buffering the transition from hustle and bustle to serenity.

「承」主空间洄游动线，以中央艺术墙划分功能区，双向洄游兼顾通行效率与私密。

The main space circulation line is "Cheng", with a central art wall dividing the functional areas. The bidirectional circulation takes into account both circulation efficiency and privacy.

「转」纵深沉浸动线，顺主空间光影延伸至展陈收藏区，收放间完成功能情绪转换，丰富空间层次。

"The 'rotation' creates a deep and immersive flow, extending along the main space's light and shadow to the exhibition and collection area, achieving a functional and emotional transition between contraction and expansion, enriching the spatial hierarchy.".

「合」垂直联动动线，钢构楼梯串联上下层，引自然光影入内，兼顾通行体验与扩容设计空间。

The "he" vertical linkage circulation route, with steel stairs connecting the upper and lower levels, brings natural light and shadows into the interior, balancing the circulation experience and expanding the design space.

悬浮弧形旋转楼梯为空间动线核心与视觉焦点，黑钢老木配暗藏灯带，串联上下层，实现工装美学与功能统一。

A relaxed space is not merely a container for a single function, but a habitat for diverse emotional states.

空间划分为动静两区，一层动区承接待休闲，二层静区保私密，适配茶空间、私宴、会所核心诉求。

The caramel soft sofa paired with a natural wood side table is positioned by the window, creating a dedicated space for solitary reading, intimate gatherings with friends, or leisurely aternoon tea. Designed to offer a serene and undisturbed environment, it serves as a private sanctuary for relaxation.

摒弃单一线性走廊动线，以多路径洄游动线提效增体验，设置独立的观景与入户动线，保证每个包间的独立性，互不干扰。

Curved wall niches, rounded storage solutions, and soft floor mats provide a secure space for children's exploratory instincts. This design seamlessly integrates adult relaxation areas with chis play zones, ensuring mutual independence while fostering companionship—a reciprocal source of healing for both parties.

The core of high-end tooling comprehensive design is "people-oriented". The full-dimensional design, from materials to workflow, is based on the real experience of users.

简约内敛的设计，让空间回归舒适本真，赋予商务温润质感，也赋予日常松弛的意境。

The minimalist and restrained design brings comfort and authenticity back to the space, endowing it with a warm and mellow texture for business purposes and a relaxed atmosphere for daily use.
