甲方为一家建筑公司，日常办公环境需要严谨，但又不希望太过于“老派企业感”，希望办公室轻松舒适、活力年轻、简约现代，能成为建筑师们灵感迸发的能量场。
The client is a construction company. The daily office environment needs to be rigorous, but it does not want it to be too "old-fashioned corporate". It hopes that the office can be relaxed and comfortable, simple and modern, and youthful, and can become an energy field that inspires architects.

  • 设计灵感

设计师以原木色海洋板的温润，赋予空间温暖与生命力，缓解高专注度工作的疲劳感；米灰色艺术涂料的冷静，呼应建筑行业的专业底色；保留建筑部分柱子的原始形态，绿色热带植物增加空间放松感；极简布局，减少干扰，让注意力回归工作本身，打造一个在现代都市中自然呼吸的办公环境。
The designer uses the warmth and vitality of the natural wood-colored ocean board to endow the space with warmth and vitality, alleviating the fatigue of high-concentration work. The calmness of the beige artistic paint echoes the professional undertone of the construction industry. Retain the original form of some building columns, and green tropical plants increase the sense of relaxation in the space. Minimalist layout, reducing distractions, allowing attention to return to the work itself, creating an office environment that combines a modern urban architectural feel with a natural breathing atmosphere.

  • 功能分区

开放的办公区，是流动的创意场域，原木色海洋板长桌模块化工位，支持自由组合；水泥灰立柱作为视觉隔断，保留空间连贯性；独立会议室是冷静的决策空间；休闲开放式茶水间，是松弛感的能量站，不锈钢工业风吧台和高脚凳，咖啡时间也能激发工作灵感；会客休息区设置舒适的沙发，圆形纸质灯具，绿色植物，营造舒适放松的商务洽谈氛围。
The open office area is a mobile creative field. The modular workstations with long tables made of natural wood-colored ocean boards support free combination. The cement-grey columns serve as visual partitions to maintain spatial coherence. The independent meeting room is a calm decision-making space. The casual open tea room is an energy station that exudes a sense of relaxation. The stainless steel industrial-style bar counter and high stools can inspire work even during coffee breaks. The reception and rest area is equipped with comfortable sofas, circular paper lamps and green plants, creating a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere for business negotiations.
